• Savethedatetoday.com cannot assure quality images if the photo you upload to us is not at least 300 dpi at 100% of the size they are to appear on your order.
• Savethedatetoday.com does not provide “match printing” and we do not guarantee the color you see on your monitor or printer will match our final printed product.
• Savethedatetoday.com provides does not guarantee turnaround times for orders. Delays may occur and we make no guarantees about time in transit of any shipping methods. Buyer assumes all risk of possible delays in delivery. In the event an order is lost or misplaced while in transit, Savethedatetoday.com will respond in writing, within 5 business days, from the time we were notified in writing by the buyer. By placing an order with Savethedatetoday.com, the Customer represents and warrants that it has obtained written authorization from the owner of Art to reproduce any Art submitted and to defend and indemnify Customer and Savethedatetoday.com from any suit, claim or demand arising out of such reproduction. The Customer will and does hereby indemnify, defend and hold Savethedatetoday.com harmless from any suit, claim or demand arising from the reproduction of Art. Such indemnification shall include, but not limited to, actual and statutory damages, fines, attorney’s fees that may be awarded or incurred and all other legal costs.
